Joel is an experienced people and project manager. Joel has a background in IT staffing and (unlike most staffers) believes in focusing on the relationship rather than the transaction. Prior to joining J. Boye, Joel spent 10+ years growing a small New York City based staffing and consulting company from a handful of employees to a 70+ employee firm. In this role, Joel has successfully managed and facilitated several large consulting projects for Fortune 500 and mid-sized companies alike.
In his first few years with J. Boye, Joel has quickly launched 8 local groups in Boston, Philadelphia, New York City and Washington D.C. with a focus on CMS, Intranets, Online Strategy and Social Media Strategy.
Joel holds a Bachelor’s degree in History from the University at Buffalo.
Joel spends his time shuffling between New York City and Buffalo, NY. Outside of work he enjoys reading historical novels, running and traveling.
