Lau moderates J. Boye Groups in Denmark, the UK and occasionally elsewhere.

Lau’s main focus areas are intranet management, web strategy, governance and online marketing. One of many current areas of interest and research is digital policy making and alignment of digital strategies in organisations that are still struggling to integrate digital in their decision making processes.

Lau’s background is in business development, brand management and strategic marketing.

After 15 years in London, Lau recently re-located to Copenhagen, Denmark.

Apart from moderating Groups, Lau works on the J. Boye conferences, organizes research trips for members and generally focuses on all aspects of business development; including J. Boye’s various partnerships and our recent set-ups in the US and Benelux.

Lau has a degree in European cultural studies and a postgraduate in arts management and cultural policy.
