		<description>I pretty much agree with you here Janus.  As a system integrator, in the last quarter the biggest competition has not been with other system integrators, but with the internal IT shops.  Proving worth and delivering value.  Don&#039;t think this is a bad thing.  Keeps you honest...Drives innovation....You have to embrace change.</description>
