This tutorial will explore the following points:
Governance
What decisions need to be made? What are the strategic goals for using social media inside the organization? Where does accountability lie? Should social initiatives be driven by an overlying strategy or should they emerge through bottom-up initiatives? Should there be a social media manager? If so, where should this responsibility lie: in the business, with communication, with HR,...?
Management
Should the "social side" be managed? What type of guidelines, if any, should be put into place? Should managed and unmanaged content be separate or handled together? How can you trigger user adoption?
Is it possible to measure the value brought by the social dimension?
