Biography

  Niels Kleberg

Niels Kleberg has a MA in Multimedia from the University of Aarhus. He directed a small game development team until the market crash of 2001. Since then a public employee working with web development. He has worked his way from webmaster to high level project manager ranging from PRINCE2 to SCRUM. Niels is currently developing an enterprise digitalization program at the Metropolitan University College in Copenhagen.

The Metropolitan University College is a university of applied sciences with campuses in Copenhagen, the capital of Denmark.

Metropolitan offers Bachelor’s Degree programmes, Academy Profession Degree programmes, postgraduate studies, and conducts applied research and development activities in welfare-sector subjects such as health, rehabilitation, welfare technology, management, education and social work.

Metropolitan University College has three Faculties; the Faculty of Health Care and Rehabilitation, the Faculty of Technology, Nutrition and Health and the Faculty of Learning, Management and Social Work.

The Metropolitan University College is the result of a merger of 6 educational institutions in the Copenhagen area, with some 1.000 employees and 10.000 students. Goes without saying, that the merger and the development of enterprise level digitalization presents a couple of challenges.

The presentation will cover high-level operationalization of strategy to roadmap, and roadmap to development, bridging contracting with integrator or internal development team.
