On this track we have gathered experts and cases studies who will help untangle the many meanings of the term and give an insight into practical approaches to web governance.
Web governance to a large extent covers various means to improve the quality of organisations’ web content and overall web presence. The track deals with means such as ownership models and governance frameworks, online standards and policies, analytics that drive business decision-making and web development and ways to organise to deal with day-to-day challenges for web teams.
