Social Events

Our conference social events are excellent networking opportunities; delegates and speakers get together at good venues and the atmosphere is relaxed and informal. The social events have become integral to J. Boye conferences:

Most of the social events are included in the conference attendance fee (all excepth the farewell dinner). Just remember to register your attendance at the respective events.

Monday: Jetlag Reception

Jetlag reception is open for everybody who has arrived early, some of which have travelled very far to get to Aarhus.

Tuesday: Conference Dinner

On the evening of tutorial day, everybody who has arrived in Aarhus is welcome to join us for an informal evening dinner in a nice setting.

Wednesday: J. Boye Conference Party

All participants and speakers are invited to a conference dinner with food, bar, and entertainment. This is quite a popular party!

Thursday: Farewell Dinner

Those still around and with some energy left are invited for one final, nice post-conference dinner.

You’ll get a chance to talk with the exhibitors, colleagues, and other delegates over a glass (or two!) of wine or beer before leaving Aarhus.
