The conference venue allows no more than 200 delegates, so first come, first served.

You can cancel for free until 30 days before the conference. If you cancel later we’ll deduct a 25% handling fee If you cannot attend, you can always give your conference pass to a colleague.
Please inform us in writing no later than May 1st 2010 if you wish to make changes. After this date, we’ll charge a $100 handling fee.
