The session features three leading experts within the fields of information architecture, content and strategy. They will share their views on why post-launch should also be considered a critical phase for a projects to succeed:

  • Lou Rosenfeld, our Philadelphia 2009 keynote speaker, is a world famous information architecture consultant and co-founder of the Information Architecture Institute and the User Experience Network.
  • Jeff Cram is the co-founder of ISITE Design, a national interactive agency as well as a CMS consultancy. He is also the publisher of the highly read blog CMS Myth where he, among other relevant topics, discusses web content management strategies and user experience.
  • Jeffrey MacIntyre is the principal of Predicate, a New York-based content and editorial strategy consultancy for digital publishers.  He is widely regarded as a content strategist expert and has worked with premier media properties such a Yahoo!, Reuters and Newsweek.
