Internal Information Manager, IKEA North America
Beth Gleba is the Internal Information Manager for IKEA North America.
She is a senior communications leader who is known for her passion to develop internal communications and her use of collaborative methods for organizational problem solving.
Prior to joining IKEA, Beth worked for 3 years as the E-communications Manager for a boutique Web & informatics consulting firm and spent 5 years in communication roles at a Fortune 500 healthcare firm.
Beth holds a Master’s Degree in Professional Communication and has authored several articles on Intranet topics. Her passion to develop digital channels has helped further the IKEA US Retail Intranet, which was recently recognized in the NNG Intranet Design Annual 2008 as one of the “Year’s Ten Best Intranets”.
IKEA offers a wide range of well-designed, functional home furnishing products at prices so low that as many people as possible will be able to afford them. This is the idea at the heart of everything IKEA does, from product development and purchases to how we sell our products in IKEA stores globally.
