Web content management, Conference Day #1, Wednesday May 5th, 1.00 pm - 2.00 pm
The Judge Group was at a crossroads in 2009. A major website redesign and development effort was needed to bring a very archaic and flat non-CMS driven website up to current methods and technology. Our first look was to go to outside design houses to purchase a site designed to work within our platform requirements and based on some sort of CMS. What received were some very high quotes and a ton of push-back from the executive level based on the costs involved.
Learn how The Judge Group worked with a proof of concept as a critical part of the evaluation process and managed to balance platform requirements, flexibility needs, timeline, and budget (or lack thereof) to find a CMS.
