Biography

  Deni Kasrel

Deni Kasrel is a seasoned (slightly spicy) specialist in integrated communications strategy. She helps companies build their brand and engage with communities so they can sell more stuff. Having enjoyed a fruitful eclectic career, Deni is versed in both traditional and digital communications. She advises clients on branding, content strategy, website development and social media marketing.

Deni spent many years as a full-time journalist until she decided she wanted to make things happen rather than just write about what others were doing. She moved into marketing communications and has since applied her skills at an Internet start-up and the University of Pennsylvania, where she served as a Director of Web & Publishing Services.

Currently an independent consultant, Deni writes her own blog: The Communications Strategist. She also contributes to B2Bloggers and The Bloggers’ Bulletin.
