Web content management, Conference Day #1, Wednesday May 5th, 10.30 am - 12.00 am

After you pick a content management system that fits your needs you have no time to rest on your laurels. The process of implementation begins immediately after you buy. Building out your site, while training your user base and keeping everyone happy along the way, can be quite a challenge.  Once you have cleared that hurdle you have to face the task of integration which brings along a whole host of other issues. These problems, while daunting, are not insurmountable.

This presentation will discuss the potential pitfalls in a CMS implementation and integration, point out some of the places you can get help and advice along the way and offer some solutions to the problems commonly encountered in the post purchase phase of CMS ownership.
