Usability Specialist, Lockheed Martin Information Technology
Tamara F. Smith recently joined Lockheed Martin Information Technology as a Usability Specialist to work on projects for the Social Security Administration.
Before coming to Lockheed Martin, Tamara was a professional librarian for nearly ten years, with the last five spent as a reference and instruction librarian at Langsdale Library at the University of Baltimore. After years of helping users navigate through interfaces of varied quality (and sympathizing with their frustrations), Tamara decided to pursue her interest in website usability and will earn her M.S. in Interaction Design and Information Architecture from the University of Baltimore in December 2010.
