Eric Karjaluoto will deliver the opening keynote on Conference Day #2. Eric is a strong advocate of strategy and pragmatism in design. His keynote will be inspired by his recent book called Speak Human, which is about finding your right voice, articulating it clearly and using it to connect with your customers.
Eric has an award-winning blog, ideasonideas, which “discusses design, brand and experience”. Over the years he has spearheaded several design initiatives, most notably “Design Can Change“; an initiative attempting to unite designers to address climate change
