Shelby is an online marketing and web strategist at Penn State Outreach, which is the largest unified outreach organization in American higher education. In this role she is responsible for web analytics, SEO, content strategy, and user experience.

Shelby’s presentation will span both the high-level – including building key performance indicators based on real business and website goals and the nitty gritty – including creating custom reports specifically designed for many of the limitations higher education faces. Shelby will make a passionate case for why leadership needs to make web analytics a priority – now.
