  Aneta Hall

Aneta Hall works as a social media strategist at Pitney Bowes, a global customer communication management and technology company. She leads Pitney Bowes’ social media strategy including governance initiatives, channel development and social media word-of-mouth campaigns.

In her role, Aneta acts as an agent of change, teaching others how to engage in social media on behalf of the brand and driving adoption of social media channels for brand awareness and conversational marketing.

In 2008, Aneta’s work at Pitney Bowes was profiled in Shel Israel’s book “Twitterville” that focused on how businesses are using the micro-blogging service.
