Biography

  Fran Melmed

Fran Melmed is the owner of context communication consulting, an award-winning HR communication consulting firm that specializes in workplace wellness and health care consumerism.

She’s worked with Saint-Gobain North America, Hewitt Associates, IMS Health, Rohm & Haas and IKEA, among others. She and her clients have received recognition for their work from the Society of New Communications Research, the National Business Group on Health, MarCom, CDHC Solutions and the Philadelphia Business Journal.

Fran is a co-founder of CoHealth, a virtual community focused on workplace wellness innovations, and writes a blog on workplace wellness, free-range communication.

When she’s not working, she, her husband and their two daughters can be found at the Reading Terminal Market, hiking on Philly’s Boxers’ Trail or at the movies.
