How can the necessary level of trust be established and maintained without the human interaction; the interaction between the patient and the clinician / consultant, which most stakeholders would traditionally have considered fundamental. How should the conversation, consultation and ongoing communication be approached? We have gathered a panel of stakeholders who have each grappled with these challenges and each made great strides in their respective fields to highlight and explore some of the many questions. Hear their experiences, ask questions and challenge their thinking at this fascinating session.
