Abdul Dezkam brings experiences from 4 years in the public sector as web consultant heading up intranet, web and social media in the hospital industry, then took 2½ years in B2C sector heading up CRM, consumer loyalty and Social Media in the Danish-based global shoe company ECCO Shoes and then shifted to B2B sector since summer 2016 to drive Customer Experience Management agenda in the industry-leading company Grundfos.
Customer Experience, Digital and data-driven automation have been the key drivers for Abdul though out his career. He holds a Bachelor degree in Information Science.
Grundfos is a danish company. Their production and distribution of circulators has a worldwide market share at around 50% which also makes Grundfos the biggest pump producer in the world.
