About Katrine Thielke
Katrine is an independant consultant. She advises on marketing and communication in a digital world.
Previously, Katrine was leading and building market cells at 23 Visual Company. The job is to combine knowledge of customer relations, story building and market strategy. She was brought in on Advice A/S in 2006 when the new media thinking had finally become part of the way we think about communication in general. Katrine was taught the political work when she was with the Danish Patent and Trademark Office. She worked with the political team on the ongoing software patent debate and developed and executed a number of PA plans for Danish bills, EU directives and implementation of EU regulations.
Katrine’s training in Information Studies combines communication and technology. She used to know Java, but today She only uses her technical skills to liaise with the technical teams. It’s very useful not to be intimidated by tech talk in a world where digital knowledge is the currency.
