About Tanja Curdt
In her 15 years working for Deutsche Post DHL, Tanja has gathered experience in quite a variety of positions. But the aim has always been the same: make employees’ lives easier, ideally resulting in higher employee satisfaction and increased efficiency. She set up regional HR Shared Service Centers and optimized HR Processes and Tool landscapes in Asia, the US and in Europe.
In 2012 Tanja became Digital Media Manager in Corporate Communications of DPDHL, and has since worked on developing and implementing a Digital Workplace for employees worldwide. As Requirements Manager, she acts as interface to the Business and the different divisions. Understanding the business needs and employees’ pain points in using the existing digital tools is the key for success with a Digital Workplace strategy.
